Sandbass and Sculpin fishing. 02/15/2026

Fished both the morning and afternoon tide swing. Slower pick in the morning on mixed bass and sculpin. Fished from 40-80ft all day. Afternoon bite picked up with the rising tide. Noticeably more current had the bass up off the bottom 10-15ft. Meter showed that between trips. All fish were caught on artificial lures. Flukes and creature baits fished with 2oz or lead were the ticket.
