Great bass fishing continues

Started out our morning fishing in glassy conditions and offshore breeze. Opted to drift a few spot, fishing vertical jigs near bottom since anchoring up in the offshore would be tuff. By the time the wind switched out of the west we set up on a shallow reef and had great wide open bass fishing. A few of those small bonito still around along with short cuda in the mix. Great bait today at the Dana barge 5” sardine with a few smaller baits mixed in. Wind picked up around the time we made it back to the harbor. Customers walked with four nice keeper bass. We released what we didn’t need at least another half dozen keepers and maybe 20-30 short fish. Great morning for just a few hours of fishing. Give me a call if you’d like to get in on the fun!
